The unit we got was well furnished with all equipment, a great view, for instance. The location was comfortable to the riverside, the staff was willing to help.

The breakfast was enjoyable and included. This location was excellant and ideal, just next door to major tourist sights as well as the main attractions. It also was close to airport.

Though everything was modern, some of the staff were very unprofessional.

Plus, the location is comfortable and absolutely perfect, minutes from a 16th-century Buddhist temple complex. 10 minutes drive to the airport, it is located between airport and city center.

Convenient location and top-class and exceptionally attentive staff were a definite plus. I loved the continental breakfast and the nicely furnished and brand-new room. All of the staff was willing to help. I didn't want to leave and would love to come back here some time.

The location was convenient and perfect, an easy walk to Chaofa Ngum Statue. Plus, it was short walk to all the outlets as well as the supermarket. I was here for 4 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for its excellent food.

I had a surprisingly great time staying at this hotel. The first thing that impressed me was the attention to detail. The room was perfect, with all the equipment I needed for my whole body exercise routine, and it even had a great view. The staff were also amazing, always ready to assist and make sure everything was taken care of. The breakfast was top-notch, with high-quality items that satisfied my taste buds every morning.

All in all, everything was great and I can't think of any improvements needed.

The venue was clean and spacious. The room was good sized & brand-new, and the bathrooms were big size. They provided a wonderful breakfast with expresso and local dishes, as example. Had comfortable and ideal location to walk to town or market, within walking distance of Fa Ngum park.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was amazing! The staff was very friendly and kind. They surprised us with complementary drinks and sweets at midnight. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to navigate to different attractions. The rooftop area was a great place to watch the fireworks. The pool was refreshing and relaxing, giving us an opportunity to hang out and soak up the sunshine.

The decor could use some updating, and the room could have had more storage space. A lot of the staff didn't speak English fluently, making it difficult to communicate and ask for recommendations.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Vientiane for a week-long vacation. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the option to choose from a variety of pillows. The breakfast buffet at Mosaic was fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious options. The hotel's restaurant and room service also exceeded my expectations. it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel.
